Jeff James (JJ) is the host of Island Hopper TV. Originally founded in 2016 as a tropical island guide based in Hawaii, Island Hopper TV quickly spread around the world as JJ became more and more interested in traveling abroad.

Along with travel, JJ is also interested in history, foreign relations and gastronomy as how it pertains to culture. Some of his favorite travel destinations include Latin American countries like Costa Rica and Mexico. Also an interest in Southeast Asian countries like Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. His favorite islands include many in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
