Welcome to Island Hopper TV Travel Coaching! By signing up for or participating in any of our travel coaching services (the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”).
1. Services Provided
Island Hopper TV Travel Coaching offers personalized travel coaching, including but not limited to: – Travel planning advice – Itinerary suggestions – Budgeting tips – Destination recommendations – Digital resources or templates Note: We are not a licensed travel agency and do not book flights, hotels, or tours directly. If you choose the Phone call over Zoom will last 20 to 30 minutes. If you choose to do Email communication there will be 2 Detailed responses to your travel questions and concerns.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: – Provide accurate and honest information – Do your own due diligence before booking travel – Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and visa requirements of your destination(s)
3. No Guarantees
We strive to offer the best guidance possible, but: – We do not guarantee any specific travel outcomes (e.g. cost savings, experiences, or results) – We are not liable for changes in government regulations, weather, airline issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
4. Disclaimers
Coaching is for educational and informational purposes only Jeff from Island Hopper Travel TV Travel Coaching is not responsible for travel delays, personal injury, illness, loss, or damages during your trip Always consult with a licensed travel agent, lawyer, or healthcare professional where appropriate.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
All fees must be paid in full before services are rendered Refunds are not provided once coaching sessions have been delivered Cancellations must be made [e.g. 24–48 hours] in advance to reschedule
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and content provided remain the property of Island Hopper TV Travel Coaching.. You may not share, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Island Hopper Travel Coaching and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services or travel experiences.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States.
