Because it’s a sheltered cove, it’s the perfect place for a snorkel, too.

14. Bournemouth Beach, United Kingdom

You would be forgiven for thinking that the United Kingdom is generally too cold and wet to be considered a tropical paradise.

However, there are some gems to be found in amongst the rainy weather. Bournemouth beach is considered to be one of the nicest beaches in the UK, which is why it has made Trip Advisor’s top 25.

For the first time on our list, we’ve come across a pink sand beach. Elafonissi beach in Greece will capture your imagination as soon as you see it. The water is clear as well if you can take your eyes off the sand.

In fact, the light blue water complements the shade of pink on the beach perfectly. The ocean itself is calm and serene, making you feel like you’re a world away from reality.
